Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years accounting experience with ASC 842 lease accounting.
• Experience reviewing lease agreements and interpreting terms for accounting.
• Ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple deliverables to close timelines.
• Strong cross-functional partnership and communication skills.
• Close attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review lease abstractions against new and modified leases for ASC 842 classification and recognition.
• Perform detailed accounting analysis of complex lease arrangements and document conclusions.
• Conduct lease monthly close activities: journal entries, reconciliations, flux analysis.
• Own lease financial reporting deliverables: cash flows, rollforwards, disclosures.
• Partner with Real Estate, Lease Admin and cross-functional teams to align on lease activity.
• Identify and lead process improvements and automation to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
• Maintain lease SOX controls and support internal/external audits.
