Job summary

WHSmith North America is seeking a Lease Accounting Analyst to support the lease accounting team with invoice processing, landlord account management, and expense tracking. You will assist with month-end close and collaborate with landlords and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include reviewing landlord invoices, applying GL codes, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, accounts payable, lease administration, or accounting support experience.
• Experience with invoices, vendor communications, and financial data preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process landlord invoices and occupancy expenses.
• Apply general ledger coding and ensure timely approval and payment.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate invoice records and supporting documentation.
• Support month-end close activities and expense analysis.
• Serve as a primary landlord contact for payment inquiries and remittance support.
• Provide backup support for other Lease Accounting functions as needed.
