Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or retail lease accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-site lease accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PeopleSoft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly lease payments and annual lease settlements.
• Audit landlord invoices and prepare lease filings and rent data.
• Support month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Serve as primary landlord contact for lease questions.
