Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Lease Accounting Analyst (AR) to manage accounts receivable, tenant billing, payment posting, and reconciliations for all leases.

You will ensure accurate charges, apply payments, and resolve discrepancies with property managers and tenants. The role requires 2+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to handle multiple leases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Two or more years of accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; experience with accounting software.
• Experience with Tango and Oracle Financial Suite is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple leases, accounts, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly tenant/owner billing and AR transactions.
• Review leases and property records to ensure accurate rent, CAM, utility, and charges.
• Post and apply tenant payments, deposits, credits, and adjustments.
• Reconcile tenant ledgers and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare tenant statements, invoices, and notices.
• Coordinate with property managers and tenants to resolve billing questions.
• Research discrepancies between Tango and PDI.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for billing and cash receipts.
