Job summary

CITITRENDS is seeking a Lease Administrator to manage the accounting and auditing of leases for the Company's stores and offices. This role supports a positive work culture and change management within a multi-location retail environment.

The ideal candidate will handle lease payments, renewals, CAM taxes and insurance, and will interpret lease terms while ensuring accurate payables and timely billing. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years related accounting/real estate lease experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to interpret lease provisions and resolve disputes.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial transactions for store lease payments, renewals, CAM taxes and insurance.
• Ensure timely billing and other financial transactions.
• Compile monthly rent roll for stores and submit changes management.
• Administer lease accounting, impound reconciliation, invoices, and real estate payables.
• Interpret lease provisions and dispute charges not permitted under the lease.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
