• Ensure billing and related financial tasks are completed timely.
• Compile monthly rent roll and submit changes management.
• Administer lease accounting for stores, including impound reconciliation and payables.
• Interpret lease provisions and dispute charges not permitted by the lease terms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
