You will partner with instructional designers and account teams to deploy technology across curricula, ensuring usability, adoption, and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in learning technology or related discipline.
• Proven experience implementing or supporting learning technology initiatives in a corporate or client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and selection of learning technologies to support training objectives.
• Manage the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration into the training ecosystem.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to align technology with learning outcomes and create engaging content.
• Monitor and analyze technology performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in learning and development.
• Provide technical support and training to the training team, fostering a culture of technology adoption.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors for effective partnership and support.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance in line with organizational policies.
• Create and deliver training materials to educate users on new technologies and their benefits.
