The position operates in a hybrid model based at our East Lansing headquarters, with periodic onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Design and develop digital learning content aligned to objectives and compliance requirements.
• Utilize authoring tools to create interactive modules and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with SMEs and review teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support measurement of learning effectiveness via LMS data and feedback.
• Ensure accessibility and branding standards are met across solutions.
• Stay current with eLearning trends and AI-enabled design approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern eLearning modules and simulations.
• Use Articulate Rise/Storyline and Camtasia for online formats.
• Collaborate with SMEs, participate in design sprints, and content updates.
• Leverage assessments and LMS data to identify trends and improvements.
• Incorporate accessibility (WCAG) and branding guidelines.
• Maintain and update content reflecting policy and system changes.
