Job summary

Vertage is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to manage our LMS, SAP Litmos KnowHow, and to create engaging digital learning content across a global team. You’ll experiment with AI and automation to improve accessibility, effectiveness and delivery of learning.

You will develop interactive learning experiences, automate processes, and collaborate with colleagues to translate learning needs into practical digital solutions using HTML/CSS, Articulate 360, Vyond and Camtasia.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital learning, LMS administration or content creation.
• Familiarity with at least one digital learning tool or platform.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS with interest in JavaScript and APIs.
• Interest in AI and how tech can improve learning and processes.
• Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets and reporting data.
• Clear English communication and collaboration across teams.
• Organised, proactive and willing to learn new approaches.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the LMS including content, user access and config.
• Create and update e-learning modules and videos using Articulate 360, Vyond and Camtasia.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and other teams to translate needs into digital solutions.
• Build and test simple web pages, learning portals, dashboards or workflows using HTML/CSS.
• Explore AI tools like Claude Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot for learning.
• Support automation and platform improvements with Power Automate.
• Work with learning data, Excel and Power BI to maintain reports.

Build better digital learning experiences as a Learning Technology Specialist at Vertage

Your impact as a Learning Technology Specialist

As a Learning Technology Specialist, you'll help ensure our learning platforms and digital resources are accessible, reliable and easy to use. You'll support the day-to-day management of our LMS, SAP Litmos KnowHow, develop digital learning content and help colleagues get the most out of the tools available to them.

But this role goes beyond maintaining existing systems. You'll also have the opportunity to explore new technologies, test ideas and build solutions that improve how we create and deliver learning. Whether that's developing an interactive learning experience, automating a repetitive process or experimenting with AI, you'll have the freedom to contribute ideas and develop your skills along the way.

What will you do as a Learning Technology Specialist?

Responsibilities

• Supporting and improving our LMS, SAP Litmos KnowHow, including content management, user access, configuration and day-to-day troubleshooting;
• Creating and updating engaging e-learning modules, videos and digital learning resources using tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond and Camtasia;
• Working with colleagues across Learning & Development and the wider business to translate learning needs into practical, user-friendly digital solutions;
• Building and testing simple web pages, learning portals, dashboards or workflow prototypes using HTML, CSS and other digital tools;
• Exploring how AI tools such as Claude Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot can improve learning experiences, content creation and everyday workflows;
• Supporting automation and platform improvements using tools such as Power Automate, while developing your understanding of system integrations;
• Working with learning data, Excel and Power BI to maintain reports, identify issues and help improve the effectiveness of our learning solutions.

What we expect from you

Skills

• You have some practical experience or a relevant foundation in digital learning, e-learning development, LMS administration, digital content creation or a related technical field;
• You've worked with at least one digital learning tool, LMS or comparable content platform, or can demonstrate relevant skills through education, internships or personal projects;
• You have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS, with an interest in learning more about JavaScript, APIs and automation;
• You're interested in AI and enjoy exploring how new technologies can improve learning and everyday processes;
• You're comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets or reporting data and are willing to develop these skills further;
• You communicate clearly in English and enjoy working with colleagues from different teams and backgrounds;
• You're organised, proactive and comfortable trying new approaches, solving problems and asking questions when needed.
