Job summary
San Bernardino County Register of Voters seeks a Learning Technology Developer to analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain technology solutions that enhance employee learning, knowledge sharing, and organizational effectiveness. You will work with business users and SMEs to deliver scalable software applications and web-based tools.

Qualifications
- Thirty (30) semester units of completed college level courses in programming, computer science, or software engineering.
- Qualifying degrees or coursework must be from an accredited college/university; foreign degrees require evaluation showing equivalency.
- Two (2) years of work experience in a production environment, performing analysis and programming for business applications."
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain business applications and web-based tools.
- Develop interactive software applications, automated forms, reporting solutions, and knowledge management resources.
- Support applications and technologies that enhance employee access to information, knowledge management, and digital business processes.
- Develop automated workflows, digital forms, and technology solutions for efficiency and consistency.
- Prepare technical specifications, user documentation, and application support materials.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
