Job summary

HexArmor is seeking a Learning & Talent Intern for Summer 2027 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This 14-week, full-time internship supports employee learning, development, and talent initiatives, offering hands-on experience in learning program coordination, instructional design, and learning technology.

You will work with the HR team to improve the employee learning experience, maintain LMS content, develop basic reports, and contribute to projects that strengthen how HexArmor develops its people.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Organizational Leadership, instructional design, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Interest in learning, employee development, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and administration of instructor-led, virtual, and online learning programs.
• Assist with scheduling, enrollment, communications, training materials, and learner support.
• Help maintain content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Create and maintain basic learning reports and analyze participation data.
• Assist with developing eLearning, presentations, and job aids.
