Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Communications or a related field with an anticipated graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn new products, systems, and processes including Salesforce.com and SAP Business One.
• Previous internship, project, or work experience in business, marketing, or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Category Managers across Gloves, Helmets, Hearing, and Eyewear with market and competitive research.
• Research competitor products, pricing, features, and positioning.
• Assist with identifying market trends, customer needs, and potential category opportunities.
• Help organize and maintain category and competitive intelligence.
• Analyze sales, product, and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain Excel reports and tracking tools.
• Prepare materials for category reviews and business planning.
• Develop knowledge of HexArmor’s products and their applications across all four categories.
• Assist with product launches, updates, sales tools, and training materials.
• Support Product Management and Marketing with research and project needs.
• Gather and organize feedback related to customer needs and competitive activity.
• Complete assigned projects supporting category growth and collaborations with cross-functional teams.
