Job summary

PNC is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Specialist to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of programs across the HR function. Based in multiple U.S. offices, including Pittsburgh, you will partner with stakeholders to advance employee development and measuring impact.

You will deliver live and virtual sessions, review content for quality, and analyze program data to drive continuous improvement within a collaborative, inclusive culture at PNC.

Qualifications

• Experience with adult learning principles and curriculum development.
• Ability to deliver live and virtual instruction and evaluate outcomes.
• Stakeholder consultation and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and delivery of learning programs using solid L&D principles.
• Provides stakeholder consultation and creates learning resources and measures outcomes.
• Delivers programs to live audiences in‑person and virtually with stand‑up instruction.
• Reviews materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
• Fosters relationships across HR, management, and external partners; analyzes program data.
• Provides reporting and data analysis of L&D metrics across businesses.
