Job summary

You will apply instructional design, project management, and technology to drive learning innovations and support employee growth through program delivery and navigation of PNC tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in learning and talent development.
• Bachelor's degree required; certifications are a plus.
• Strong facilitation, design, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult, curate, design, develop, facilitate and advise on learning solutions that fulfill business objectives.
• Partner with HR leaders to establish, monitor and measure learning priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver initiatives using instructional design and technology.
• Develop testing, deployment and communication plans, and maintain learning solutions.
• Drive innovation by applying current trends and fostering a growth mindset.
• Facilitate conversations with senior leaders using data-driven insights to assess skill development needs.
• Support employee achievement and career journeys through program management and navigation of PNC tools.
