The Manager, Learning and Talent Development works closely with leadership, HR colleagues, front line managers and employees to develop and execute a broad range of people strategies focused on talent development and management, organizational development, and culture-enhancing efforts to positively impact the employee experience overall. Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, you will be responsible for managing complete learning and talent development programs and offerings within the global Talent Management function and large-scale projects, in part or in whole. You will develop, manage and execute management and employee training, learning vendors and programs, employee tools and resources such as assessments or team offerings, and individual or business specific training requests which increase the capability, engagement or performance of people across CDK Global. In addition to this you will be responsible for preparing, managing and reporting on budget in line with forecasted and actual spend, leading large-scale projects, and engaging with the broader talent organization to effectively accelerate skill development across the organization. Consult, design, develop and execute various leadership development offerings for CDK Leaders, creating global alignment and positive learner experiences to enhance learning and impact. Design, develop, and support CDK employee development through various offerings and tools including but not limited to: external facilitation and vendor resources, CDK provided tools and technology, personality or cognitive assessments, individual or team consulting, team activities, and coaching. Partner effectively with the broader Talent organization to integrate talent strategies and values into L&TD offerings, programs, and strategies. Own learning and talent development programs from strategy through implementation and measurement Evaluate learning and development requests and consult with business leaders to determine appropriate solutions, prioritization, and investment aligned to organizational objectives. Partner with HR Leadership, HR Technology, HR Business Partners, Line Managers and Senior Leaders to advise on the best course of action for development needs in their departments as well as leading, where appropriate, on key strategic developments driven out to the business by the Global Talent function Develop and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers including external trainers/facilitators, managing them to time quality and cost standards
