ELB Learning is seeking a Senior Learning Strategist to translate business priorities into scalable, high-impact learning solutions, blending strategic consulting with hands-on instructional design and production-ready assets.

The role is Hybrid—remote and in-person—based in the United States with Atlanta-area collaboration; start ASAP; hourly rate $90–$110; engagement through March 2027 with possible extension.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or related field.
• Significant professional experience in senior instructional design, learning strategy, or related discipline.
• Ability to translate business objectives into effective learning strategies and production-ready designs.
• Experience with multiple modalities including ILT, VILT, e-learning, and blended learning.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, workforce needs, and performance gaps.
• Translate strategies into actionable learning roadmaps and design plans.
• Develop design specifications, storyboards, facilitator guides, and learner materials.
• Create sample assets and prototypes to demonstrate approaches.
• Apply instructional strategies across digital, instructor-led, virtual, and blended environments.
