The University of Texas at Dallas has an excellent job opportunity for individuals looking to join our team as a Learning Specialist II in the Naveen Jindal School of Management (JSOM). The Learning Specialist II provides advanced instructional support and program development in business communication, professional development, student success, and AI-enhanced learning. This role supports undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students through workshops, individual coaching, classroom integration, and cross-campus collaboration. The position reports to the Director of Professional Development and plays a key role in advancing student success by integrating communication training with career readiness, academic support, and emerging technologies such as generative artificial intelligence.
Bachelor's Degree with three (3) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.
Work will be performed on-site and in person.
