The Learning Specialist II provides advanced instructional support and program development in business communication, professional development, student success, and AI‑enhanced learning.

This role supports undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students through workshops, individual coaching, classroom

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with three years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred in English, Communication, or related field.
• Experience in higher education and student success support is desirable.
• Experience designing, delivering, and assessing workshops and curricula for diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide general group and individual coaching on business communication and student success resources.
• Support PhD/DBA students on dissertation formatting and publication standards.
• Coach PhD/DBA students in professional communication skills including speaking and writing for public-facing materials.
