Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education or related field.
• Valid Oregon teaching license with special education endorsement.
• Experience working with students with disabilities and IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Develops an IEP in all areas of need based on assessments and input.
• Provides direct remedial instruction and supports in both general and special education settings.
• Trains and coaches educational assistants and coordinates with specialists.
• Collaborates with general education teachers to support inclusion and accommodations.
• Maintains confidential documentation and adheres to district policies.
