Job summary

Qualifications

• Performs case management responsibilities and maintains proper documentation.

• Establishes and facilitates meetings with IEP team and stakeholders.
• Collaborates with general education teachers and outside agencies for transitions.
• Trains educational assistants and coaches staff on instructional best practices.
