Job summary

HCA Healthcare in Nashville is seeking an experienced instructional designer to transform ideas and complex content into engaging, self-paced learning experiences. You will create impactful courses that drive comprehension and retention.

You will work hands-on with Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline, translate complex topics clearly, and collaborate with senior and C-suite stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional design background.

I'm looking for someone with a strong instructional design background who can turn ideas and complex content into engaging learning experiences.

• Hands-on experience developing in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline
• A creative approach to interactive, self-paced learning
• Experience translating complex topics into clear, engaging learning experiences
• The confidence and executive presence to collaborate with senior and C-suite stakeholders
• Comfort with pilot testing, feedback, iteration, and an evolving environment
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to brainstorm, build, refine, and occasionally pivot

I'm especially looking for someone who can jump right into Articulate and start creating, while bringing strong instructional design thinking and creativity to the work.
