This role focuses on translating strategy into practical programs and guiding delivery with learning specialists and cross-functional teams. You will translate needs into structured programs, facilitate design and deployment, and measure impact through metrics and feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting with customers on learning initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured learning solutions.
• Experience delivering blended learning programs (virtual, classroom, digital).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Ability to review learning metrics to evaluate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives, capability gaps, and learning priorities.
• Recommend learning strategies and solutions that support technical and non-technical skills development.
• Facilitate the design and deployment of learning programs aligned to customer goals.
• Act as the primary link between customers and internal learning pillars to enable effective delivery.
• Guide learning engagements from scoping through delivery, ensuring expectations and outcomes are clear.
• Review learning metrics, reports, and feedback to assess effectiveness and inform recommendations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts.
• Stay current on learning tools, methodologies, and external trends to inform solution design.
