Qualifications

The Role

Your role As a Learning Consultant, you will partner with customers to shape, design, and deliver learning solutions that directly support business and workforce outcomes. This role focuses on understanding customer strategy, translating needs into practical learning programs, and guiding delivery through close collaboration with learning specialists and delivery teams. Success is measured by the relevance, adoption, and impact of learning initiatives on customer goals.

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience consulting with customers on learning, talent, or workforce development initiatives
• Ability to translate business and stakeholder needs into structured learning solutions
• Experience supporting the design or delivery of blended learning programs, such as virtual, classroom, or digital formats
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver learning or development solutions
• Ability to review learning metrics and reports to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements
• Clear experience facilitating discussions with customers and subject matter experts
• Working knowledge of learning tools, platforms, or learning program delivery models

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience in learning and development, organizational development, or talent-related consulting
• Familiarity with instructional design principles or learning experience design
• Experience supporting large or complex learning programs across multiple stakeholder groups
• Exposure to performance support tools, job aids, or technical documentation
• Background working in enterprise or technology-focused environments

Compensation & Benefits

The base compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -$79,920 to $152,160 based on a full-time schedule reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Kyndryl, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. Your actual compensation may vary depending on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, geography, relevant job-related skills, education and experience, certification and licenses, internal pay equity, and market and business consideration. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

• California (San Francisco Bay Area): $95,880 to $182,520
• California (All Other): $87,960 to $167,400
• Colorado: $79,920 to $152,160
• Massachusetts/ Virginia: $79,920 to $167,400
• New York City: $95,880 to $182,520
• Washington: $87,960 to $167,400
• Washington DC: $87,960 to $167,400

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.

Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
