Job summary

BerryDunn is seeking a Learning Consultant to partner with business leaders and SMEs to identify development needs and design effective learning solutions that drive business outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field
• 5+ years consulting with leaders to identify learning needs and improve performance
• 5+ years applying adult learning principles and ID methods in corporate settings
• Experience managing multiple projects across functions
• Collaboration, influence, negotiation, and facilitation with leaders
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration, MS 365, LMS, and authoring tools (Rise/Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia)
• Facilitation, project management, communication, presentation, organization
• Work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Commitment to inclusive, collaborative work environment

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business area leaders, subject matter experts, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
• Consult with stakeholders by facilitating strategic discussions on development strategies, learner engagement, and talent development best practices.
• Serve as a learning and development advisor to the assigned business area.
• Contribute to a collaborative community of Learning Consultants by sharing ideas, building capabilities, and advancing learning consulting practices together.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges, capability needs, desired outcomes, and success measures.
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructor-led (in-person and virtual), blended, and self-paced learning experiences and solutions.
• Develop courses, learning paths, curated content collections, job aids, and other resources to support job performance.
• Facilitate engaging and learner-centered virtual and in-person experiences.
• Lead learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation.
• Establish success measures and evaluate impact of learning initiatives.
• Stay current on learning trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Support learning technologies and maintain learning records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with continuing education, regulatory, or organizational standards.
