Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Learning Consultant to partner with customers to shape, design, and deliver learning solutions that align with business goals. You will translate needs into practical programs and guide delivery with learning specialists and delivery teams.

You will stay current on learning tools, methodologies, and trends, measure impact through metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and outcomes across client organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience consulting with customers on learning, talent, or workforce development initiatives.
• Ability to translate business and stakeholder needs into structured learning solutions.
• Experience supporting the design or delivery of blended learning programs (virtual, classroom, digital).
• Experience reviewing learning metrics and reports to evaluate outcomes and inform recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives, capability gaps, and learning priorities.
• Recommend learning strategies and solutions that support technical and non-technical skills development.
• Facilitate the design and deployment of learning programs aligned to customer goals.
• Act as the primary link between customers and internal learning pillars to enable effective delivery.
• Guide learning engagements from scoping through delivery, ensuring expectations and outcomes are clear.
• Review learning metrics, reports, and feedback to assess effectiveness and inform recommendations.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts.
