Job summary

ARAMCO is seeking a Program Development & Evaluation Analyst to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs that align with business needs and support employee growth. The role collaborates with SMEs and stakeholders to create curricula and assessment strategies, delivering online, instructor-led, and blended learning across a large corporate environment.

The successful candidate will apply ADDIE/SAM methodologies, demonstrate strong project management and communication skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning, Design, or Technology.
• Master's degree and related certifications preferred.
• 5–7 years in instructional design in a large corporate setting.
• Experience with ADDIE and SAM models.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate instructional programs, courses, and workshops.
• Conduct needs assessments and data-driven analysis to identify learning gaps.
• Translate training needs into clear learning objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to develop curriculum and assessment strategies.
• Create engaging learning experiences using online, instructor-led, and blended formats.
• Pilot training programs to validate alignment with objectives.
• Develop and implement evaluation plans to measure effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in instructional design.
• Provide recommendations for scaling and sustaining initiatives.
• Develop reports and proposals for future training programs.
