Job summary

Aramco seeks a Training & Development Advisor to join the Corporate Academy Development Division. The role focuses on administering, coordinating and evaluating learning programs to meet organizational needs, with full relocation to Saudi Arabia on a permanent expat basis.

You will identify training gaps, implement programs, assess impact, and support employees in applying new skills, while engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programs align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or General Management.
• 5 years of experience administering training implementations.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
