Job summary

Aramco seeks a Program Development & Evaluation Analyst to join the Corporate Academy Development Division. The role focuses on designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs and courses that support employee growth and technical development.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify needs and craft curricula and assessments. You will apply ADDIE/SAM, stay current with industry trends, and evaluate training impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Learning, Design, or Technology.
• Master’s degree preferred; CPTD/CIPD/TESOL certifications valued.
• 5–7 years of experience in instructional design in a large corporate setting.
• Proficient with industry standard authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
• Knowledge of ADDIE and SAM models and program evaluation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate instructional programs, courses, and workshops addressing professional development and technical needs of employees.
• Conduct needs assessments and data-driven analysis to identify learning gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate training needs into clear learning objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to develop curriculum, objectives, and assessment strategies.
• Create engaging learning experiences using online, instructor-led, and blended modalities.
• Pilot training programs to verify alignment with learning objectives.
• Develop and implement evaluation plans to measure program effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in instructional design.
