Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Program Manager and Development Advisor to join the Management Development Services Division. This role acts as a liaison between Aramco participants, contracted universities, and vendors to ensure programs meet Aramco standards.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering learning content, curriculum innovation, and managing full lifecycle of development programs with light travel within the Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business is required.
• Master's degree in education or related field preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in leadership programs, program management, project management, or curriculum development.
• Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops.
• Experience using emerging learning technologies to enhance the learning environment.
• Ability to prepare a training classroom and evaluate courses.
• Strong ability to manage relationships across organizational levels and supervise a training classroom.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning content, in-person and virtual, aligned with adult learning principles.
• Develop and update curriculum with modern tools.
• Oversee full lifecycle of development programs, including budget alignment.
• Engage stakeholders and sponsors, ensuring transparency.
• Lead and support project teams, set expectations, provide feedback.
• Conduct needs analyses and evaluation plans to measure impact.
• Manage program risks and ensure compliance during audits.
• Advise on Aramco culture and values in learning solutions.
• Coordinate logistics for training cohorts and admin teams.
