Job summary

Staples is seeking a learning & development professional to own the Print Solutions learning program, partnering with SMEs and business leaders to identify learning needs and build engaging experiences for Enterprise and Retail Print teams.

You will design curricula, develop self-paced digital courses, and lead content creation from strategy to measurement, leveraging AI where appropriate while aligning with Staples standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of curriculum development or learning experience design.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating curriculum design and digital course development.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline, plus multimedia production.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders and using AI tools for content development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work onsite at Staples headquarters in Framingham, MA.

Responsibilities

• Own the Print Solutions learning program end to end, from strategy through measurement.
• Design role-based learning paths with objectives, facilitator guides, materials, assessments, and manager reinforcement tools.
• Create learner-centered experiences across asynchronous, virtual, in-person, and blended formats using ADDIE, SAM, and action mapping.
• Build self-paced digital learning in Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline) with interactive elements and LMS packaging.
• Concept, script, shoot, and edit video; create graphics and media that elevate the learner experience.
• Lead discovery and content-gathering sessions with subject-matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders; drive alignment and sign-off.
• Leverage AI thoughtfully to accelerate content drafting, storyboarding, scripting, and program operations within Staples policies.
• Partner with program managers to workshop ideas, prototype formats, pilot solutions, measure results, and share standards.
• Develop roadmaps for onboarding, sales development, manager training, and core L&D initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of print products, production processes, design software, and emerging tech to inform learning content.
