Responsibilities

• Oversee project portfolio management for learning assets and ensure alignment with priorities, objectives, and performance goals.
• Develop and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using enterprise tools and lead portfolio planning including forecasting and capacity planning.
• Produce performance reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and executive briefings to support decision-making.
• Identify schedule conflicts, resource constraints, risks, and develop mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
• Establish and improve SOPs, governance, and processes; prepare business cases and strategic plans for senior leadership.
• Oversee contractor performance and resource allocation to ensure compliance and successful execution.
