Job summary

Johnson & J&N in Horsham, PA, is seeking a Portfolio Partner for the Learning Excellence Organization to advance Field Reimbursement (FRM) learning across NA Innovative Medicines. You will design, manage, and operationalize learning solutions to build FRM capability and align with business needs.

Success requires a strong learning mindset, experience with large-scale learning initiatives, and the ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Learning & Development, or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Learning Excellence portfolio strategy for Field Reimbursement content across NA Innovative Medicines.
• Translate leadership needs and business priorities into actionable learning strategies.
• Maintain content integrity, learner experience, and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment.
• Identify and escalate program risks or implementation challenges requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Represent the Field Reimbursement Portfolio Excellence team in governance and planning forums.
• Support launch readiness and rapid updates for time-sensitive requests.
• Improve Learning & Development practices through scalable program design and governance.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships and consistency across portfolios and leadership development.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
