Job summary

Life.Church is seeking a Learning Automations & Systems Specialist to manage the Learning Team's platforms, data systems, and automation across the organization. The role focuses on data accuracy, operational efficiency, and insights for leadership.

You will own platform operations for Staff Portal, LMS, and Mailchimp, ensure accurate org structure reflections across 46+ locations, and partner with IT and Data Insights to maintain data integrity and automation workflows.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication to explain technical processes clearly.
Strong ability to learn, configure, and manage complex platforms and integrations with minimal guidance.
Identify inefficiencies and build practical automation or tooling solutions.
Collaborate across teams to improve learning platforms and data flows.

Responsibilities

Own platform operations for Staff Portal, LMS, and Mailchimp including user accounts and access management (66 locations).
Maintain integrations between Learning Team platforms and HR/IT systems; ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Audit platforms to catch gaps and outdated content; train team members on new capabilities.
Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements across the tool stack to increase efficiency and learner experience.
Support productions/events tech setup for in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions.
