St John Bosco College is seeking a dedicated Learning and Pastoral Support Coordinator to join our ASD Base team. You will mentor pupils, coordinate daily timetables, and support pupils’ academic progress, emotional development, and personal growth within a safe, inclusive environment.

You will collaborate with staff and families to ensure consistent provision, track progress, and assist with EHCP reviews, enabling students to thrive.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality mentoring and targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, particularly those facing barriers to learning
• Monitor, track, and review pupil progress, ensuring high expectations for behaviour, attendance, and achievement
• Coordinate daily timetables and oversee pupil-focused administrative processes
• Support the ASD Base Lead in planning, data tracking, and preparing for EHCP reviews and meetings
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure effective classroom support and consistent provision
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupils holistically
• Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and inclusion across the school community
