Job summary

The Hartsbrook School in Hadley, MA seeks an Upper School Student Support Coordinator to develop and implement Learning Support Plans for grades 6–12. This role partners with faculty to differentiate instruction, deliver a weekly 9th-grade active learning course, and support student well-being.

The coordinator will manage LSP tracking, support teachers with accommodations, and coordinate family and multidisciplinary conferences to ensure inclusive, student-centered learning across the upper

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Learning support/academic support service experience required.
• Experience with IEP, 504, and student support plan implementation.

Responsibilities

• Direct Instruction & Curriculum Delivery for 9th grade Active Learning course; differentiate instruction and accommodations.
• Develop, track, and review Learning Support Plans (LSPs) for grades 6–12; monitor progress and compliance.
• Collaborate with 6–12 teachers to implement accommodations and model UDL strategies in classes.
• Coordinate parent/family communication and multi-disciplinary team case conferences; liaise with external specialists as needed.
• Support faculty with classroom strategies, resources, and ongoing professional development on inclusion and neurodiversity.
