About the team + role

Robinhood’s Learning & Development team enhances performance through high-quality learning experiences and seamless, data-informed operations. You will be responsible for the operational excellence of our learning ecosystem, including LMS administration, audits, analytics, and system integrations.

Location: Preferably in one of the listed office locations; remote work is limited to certain US regions. Please consult with your recruiter for details.

What You’ll Do

  1. Own LMS daily administration, including user management, assignments, troubleshooting, and security.
  2. Manage enterprise training assignments, rules, and workflows.
  3. Conduct audits for data accuracy, tracking, and compliance.
  4. Review training programs for effectiveness and engagement.
  5. Create dashboards and visualizations to share metrics.
  6. Respond to leadership and regulatory reporting needs with insights.
  7. Analyze learning data, highlighting trends and recommendations.
  8. Support incident responses with data and reporting.
  9. Maintain SOPs for learning systems and data processes.
  10. Partner with cross-functional teams for system integrations.
  11. Serve as an internal expert during LMS migration.
  12. Drive stakeholder understanding of audience-building considerations.
  13. Primary owner of the LMS.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in LMS administration, learning operations, data analytics, or related fields.
  • Deep knowledge of LMS platforms (experience with Sana is a plus).
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with complex assignment rules and automation.
  • Ability to present data effectively, understanding UX principles.
  • Experience reporting on training impact and ROI, familiar with evaluation models like Kirkpatrick.
  • Experience with automated data integrations from Data Lake and LMS.
  • Process-oriented with good documentation and improvement skills.
  • Strong program management and collaborative approach.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and cross-functional working skills.
  • Familiarity with data schemas (SCORM, xAPI); SQL or BI tools a plus.
