Optiv is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to help drive Optiv’s marketing programs and efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader who excels in an operational environment. They will be Marketo certified with experience in various MarTech platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, 6sense, etc.). This individual will be skilled in building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using these systems. The right professional will possess strong analytical skills and will collaborate strategically with our demand generation and events teams to create integrated campaigns aligned with company goals.

How You'll Make An Impact
  • Manage the end-to-end ownership of the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, 6sense.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to define processes, document workflows, and establish service level agreements.
  • Work with marketing managers and stakeholders to create integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct quality assurance on campaigns, emails, lists, programs, and landing pages.
  • Support and train marketing team members in Marketo.
  • Analyze data to segment lists based on demographics and behaviors using systems like 6sense, SFDC, and Marketo.
  • Lead A/B testing, optimize performance, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and pipeline impact.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 3-6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in operations.
  • Marketo certification and at least 3 years’ experience with Marketo.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Understanding of ABM programs and experience with platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing automation campaigns and assets (forms, landing pages, templates, integrations).
  • Knowledge of lead routing and lead scoring.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of digital and event marketing best practices.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools like Outreach or Salesloft is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
