Job summary

Elite DNA Behavioral Health seeks a Professional Learning Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of the department's professional learning programs. You will oversee logistics, vendor relations, and internal communications to ensure sessions start on time and materials are prepared, with accurate records and a positive participant experience.

This role is fully in person. After successfully completing the first 90 days, employees have the option to work remotely one day per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for professional learning sessions (venue, materials, tech).
• Serve as primary contact for contracted vendors and providers.
• Track engagement timelines and maintain records (attendance, contracts).
• Support LMS management and generate reports.
• Maintain EDNAU calendar and provide general admin support.
• Support culture and innovation projects.
