Job summary

ECS Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Training Content Developer to support the creation, formatting, and maintenance of software manuals, eLearning modules, and multimedia training materials.

You will work with instructional designers to build engaging content, update LMS assets, and produce high-quality graphics and presentations using Microsoft 365 and Articulate 360.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in training content development.
• Expertise in editing and proofreading for clarity and consistency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools for graphics and media.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 for docs, presentations, and typesetting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Training Content Development with manuals, quick guides, eLearning modules, videos, and trainings.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and standard operating procedures per brand standards.
• Write, edit, proofread content for clarity and accuracy.
• Create graphics, layouts, illustrations, animations, audio, and video assets.
• Build and update eLearning content using Articulate 360 and other tools.
• Record, edit, caption, and optimize audio/video for LMS delivery.
• Create presentations and documents using Microsoft 365 with templates.
• Upload content to Learning Management System as directed.
• Support additional duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Support the Training Content Development team in creating, revising, formatting, and maintaining software user manuals, quick reference guides, eLearning modules, videos, presentations, and other employee training materials.
• Assists with projects related to training and development at the direction of the Training Director, including PowerPoint presentations, standard operating procedures, documents, memos, catalogs, certificates, and other print or digital media.
• Write, edit, proofread, and format content for clarity, accuracy, consistency, usability, grammar, and alignment with company standards.
• Create and modify graphics, page layouts, illustrations, animations, audio, and video assets that support training and internal communication projects.
• Build and update eLearning content in Articulate 360 and other approved authoring tools with guidance from instructional designers and training team members.
• Record, edit, caption, and optimize audio and video content for delivery through the learning management system and other approved channels.
• Create and edit professional presentations and documents using Microsoft 365 while applying established templates, brand standards, and accessibility practices.
• Upload content to Learning Management System as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Associate degree or technical training in multimedia, communications, graphic design, education, instructional technology, English, or a related field.
• Work experience may be considered equivalent
• If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications used for graphic design, page layout, audio, video, and motion graphics, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Audition, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Word and PowerPoint, for document production, presentation development, formatting, and typesetting.
• Ability to use Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint to organize, share, and collaborate on files and content.
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot responsibly to support drafting, editing, research, and content development within company guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and incorporate feedback.
• Basic understanding of video and audio production, editing, captioning, accessibility, and file optimization for online delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing or supporting job aids, user manuals, quick reference guides, presentations, videos, eLearning, or other instructional materials.
• Experience with and/or willingness to learn Articulate 360 applications, including Storyline and Rise, to build and update eLearning content.
• Experience with Vyond, Well Said, or other eLearning and animation tools.
• Ability to explain processes and concepts in ways that support adult learning and employee performance.
