Job summary

National Heritage Academies (NHA) in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a Material Logistics Coordinator to manage school-based learning materials for virtual learning. This temporary full-time role involves coordinating deployment and reclamation of materials, troubleshooting access issues, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure timely provisioning for students and staff.

The position requires a high school diploma and prior shipping/receiving experience, with proficiency in Outlook

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Experience in shipping, receiving, and detailed tracking.
Proficient with Outlook, Google programs and spreadsheets.
Able to communicate and work effectively with parents, staff, and students.

Responsibilities

Manage school-based learning materials to support virtual learning.
Coordinate deployment and reclaiming of materials for the school.
Provide support and initial troubleshooting to students, families, and staff.
Track and organize all shipping and receiving of materials for students and staff.
Collaborate with School Leadership Team, Purchasing Department, Accounts Payable Department to ensure timely provisioning of materials.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory of materials.
Additional duties as assigned.
