Position Summary: The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Coordinator supports enterprise-wide learning and training initiatives across a large, dynamic healthcare institution, including Epic EHR Systems. This role acts as a key liaison between Epic EHR (Electronic Health Records), IS&T (Information Services & Technology), Instructional Designers, and Human Resources to maintain and enhance the learning experience through our LMS.
The Coordinator is responsible for creating, SCORM packaging, publishing, and maintaining digital learning content—such as eLearnings, EUPAs (electronic User Proficiency Assessments), and specialized role-based training. They will also ensure that course catalog content remains current, structured, and compliant with organizational standards.
Other duties include working closely with vendor training companies and supporting the Epic Training Scheduler with the assignment of eLearnings and classes via the SNOW ticketing system.
