Position Summary:
The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Coordinator supports enterprise-wide learning and training initiatives across a large, dynamic healthcare institution including Epic EHR Systems. This role serves as a key liaison between Epic EHR (Electronic Health Records), IS&T (Information Services & Technology), Instructional Designers, and Human Resources to maintain and enhance the learning experience through our LMS.
The Coordinator is responsible for the creation, SCORM packaging, publishing, and maintenance of digital learning content-including eLearnings, EUPAs (electronic User Proficiency Assessments), and specialized role-based training. They will also ensure that course catalog content remains current, structured, and compliant with organizational standards.
Other Duties: The LMS Coordinator will work closely with vendor training companies and support the Epic Training Scheduler with the assignment of eLearnings and classes through the SNOW ticketing system.
