A leading healthcare institution is seeking a Learning Management System Coordinator to maintain and enhance LMS technology applications supporting training initiatives. The ideal candidate will create digital learning content, manage programs across various departments, and ensure compliance with organizational standards in a dynamic healthcare environment. Strong qualifications in LMS coordination, knowledge of Epic systems, and proficiency in multimedia tools are essential for this role.
Position Summary: The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Coordinator maintains technology applications and systems that support learning and training initiatives across a large, dynamic healthcare institution including Epic EHR Systems. This role serves as a key liaison between Epic EHR (Electronic Health Records), IS&T (Information Services & Technology), Instructional Designers, and Human Resources to maintain and enhance the learning experience through our LMS.
The Coordinator is responsible for the creation, SCORM packaging, publishing, and maintenance of digital learning content—including eLearnings, EUPAs (electronic User Proficiency Assessments), and specialized role-based training. They will also ensure that course catalog content remains current, structured, and compliant with organizational standards.
The LMS Coordinator will work closely with vendor training companies and support the Epic Training Scheduler with the assignment of eLearnings and classes through the SNOW ticketing system.
