Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support training operations in a large manufacturing environment. The role is 100% on-site in Auburn Hills, MI, with a pay rate up to $24.14/hour and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The candidate will lead Cornerstone LMS administration, maintain SOPs, and provide training to stakeholders across North America. Proficiency in Articulate 360 Rise/Storyline and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management System administration, preferably Cornerstone LMS.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).
• Strong project management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS Administrator for Cornerstone LMS operations.
• Review, update, and maintain LMS SOPs.
• Provide technical support to LMS admins and training stakeholders across North America.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and LMS administrator training.
• Support course updates and content development using Articulate 360 Rise/Storyline.
• Track mandatory employee training completion and access rates.
• Develop reporting processes and training materials on LMS metrics.
• Support Badge Attendance App/Event Tracker activities and training videos.

Are you an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) professional looking for a dynamic temporary opportunity? We are seeking a detail-oriented LMS Administrator to support training operations, learning compliance, and workforce development initiatives within a large manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead LMS Administrator supporting the Cornerstone Learning Management System.
• Review, update, and maintain LMS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide technical support to LMS administrators and training stakeholders across North America.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and LMS administrator training programs.
• Support course updates and content development using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).
• Track and manage mandatory employee training completion and access rates.
• Develop reporting processes and training materials related to LMS performance metrics.
• Support Badge Attendance App/Event Tracker activities, training documentation, and instructional videos.
