Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in learning and development or education-related field with 2+ years of learning and development experience, or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to self-manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of adult learning methodologies and practice.
• Project management skills for multiple concurrent projects.
• Interpersonal skills and professional training environment.
• Strong public speaking to engage learners throughout training.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team with a strong work ethic.
• Facilitate instructor-led training and classroom management for optimal learning.
• Promote an active learning environment within the Training Department.
• Collaborate across the organization to inform trainees and align with needs.
• Manage new hires per company policies and provide developmental feedback.
• Coach and motivate employees; provide coaching on performance
• Administer written and online knowledge checks and report participant progress
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure trainees are coached throughout programs
• Hold learners to performance metrics with documented coaching
• Develop relationships to identify training needs due to workflow changes
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope of responsibilities
