Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will assist operations of a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
