Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a single-store operation, hire and develop staff, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role includes a multi-week leadership training program and career growth opportunities within Panda’s store network.

You will be responsible for scheduling, safety adherence, and day-to-day restaurant leadership, with a focus on guest satisfaction and team performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent not required; high school diploma required.
• Candidates should be able to relocate within a 50-mile radius.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, nights and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and participate in store leadership training and development.
• Represent Panda Express with professionalism and guest-centric service.
