Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as English, Secondary Education or similar.
• Two years of related experience in teaching, tutoring, training or adult education.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Establishes the schedule and supervises the tutoring lab operations.
• Guides, reviews, and develops staff; conducts training.
• Coordinates resources with textbooks and course syllabi to support programs.
• Tutores and mentors students; collaborates with department chairs and faculty.
