Job summary

Nurtury is seeking an Early Learning Program Director to lead its central Learning Lab at the flagship site in Boston. You will oversee one of the agency's largest programs with 10+ classrooms and a licensed capacity of 132 children, guiding curriculum, staffing, and operations.

You’ll be responsible for compliance with EEC licensing, staff mentorship, enrollment management, and fostering strong relationships with families and the community while driving program quality and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EEC or related field (preferred).
• 3–5+ years of leadership in early childhood programs.
• EEC Director II certification is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, operations and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of EEC licensing, accreditation standards, and best practices.
