St Peters Springfield invites an exceptional educational leader to join our Springfield Leadership Team as Director of Learning & Innovation. The role shapes teaching and learning across Prep to Year 12, guiding curriculum, pedagogy and assessment with a data-informed approach.

You will drive school improvement, support staff development, and build partnerships with families and external institutions, all within our Christian ethos. A dynamic, collaborative leadership environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Current Queensland College of Teachers Registration is required.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education or related field.
• Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.
• Accreditation as a Leader in Lutheran Schools, or willingness to complete accreditation within three years.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and ability to meet child safety and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation of the curriculum vision and academic priorities.
• Drive excellence in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, reporting and feedback.
• Use data and research to inform whole-school improvement and student achievement.
• Strengthen continuity across the P-12 learning journey, with focus on middle years.
• Oversee learner programs including enrichment and intervention initiatives.
• Lead academic operations including compliance, assessment processes, reporting and pathways.
